By purchasing a ticket to The Social Cup, you agree to the following terms:
1. Ticket Types:
• Player Ticket – 200,000 VND
• Spectator Ticket – 50,000 VND
Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the date of the event.
2. Refund Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation or postponement.
3. Weather Policy:
The event will proceed rain or shine. In the case of extreme or unsafe weather conditions, organizers will notify all attendees regarding any changes, including postponement or rescheduling.
4. Code of Conduct:
The Social Cup is a community-driven, inclusive event. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Disruptive, aggressive, or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated. Organizers reserve the right to remove any individuals violating this code.
5. Photography, Videography & Sponsor Media Use:
By attending this event, you consent to being photographed and filmed throughout the day. Content may be used by Zevo Agency, event sponsors, and brand partners for promotional purposes, including recap videos, social media, and future marketing materials.
Sponsors will be hosting on-site activations; by participating, you also agree to your likeness being used in related sponsor campaigns.
6. Participation at Own Risk:
All players participate at their own risk. Zevo Agency, its affiliates, and venue partners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
7. Event Changes:
Organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, match formats, or layout in the interest of safety, efficiency, or attendee experience. (edited)
